How long does shipping typically take for rare specimens?
Because we prioritize the health of our plants, shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure your plants don’t spend the weekend in a transit warehouse.
What should I do immediately after my plant arrives?
Give your new specimen a small drink of filtered water and place it in a spot with indirect light for 48 hours. Avoid repotting for at least two weeks to allow the plant to acclimate to your home’s humidity and temperature.
Do you offer a “Live Arrival” guarantee?
Yes. If your plant arrives in poor condition, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We are committed to ensuring every member of your collection arrives healthy and vibrant.
Can I request a custom pot design for my specimen?
